how to create a Python flask application as window service Python 3.8

Hi,
I created a python flask as window service application using py installer,

I was wondering how do you do it using cx_Freeze? Is there is any template code?

Or how do you modify the Service Handler to initiate the flask application?

Use the sample https://github.com/marcelotduarte/cx_Freeze/tree/master/cx_Freeze/samples/service as a template and add code the initialize, run, and stop methods.
I updated the service sample with a README with some explanation.

requeriments:
cx_Freeze>=6.5
cx_Logging==2.2
Flask==1.1.2

pywin32 and pywin32-ctypes aren't necessary.

Obviously, this code can be improved, mainly in the stop method that needs communication with flash to stop immediately.
