When you hover on a username, you get the ability to copy that username

Make it easy to copy people's usernames (like @SockFoam@toot.community) to clipboard. When you hover over someone's username, have a 'copy name' option appear.

Motivation

The hardest thing about getting started with Mastodon is following people from other servers. There are pop-up windows offering choices that are confusing to the novice user.

There's a way around this: the easiest way for me to follow someone is to copy their username, go to my own Mastodon server, paste the name into the search field, and follow that person when they appear in the search results.

But copying the user name is difficult because the font is tiny. And it's even more difficult for people who are disabled and use voice software.

This could build upon Feature Request #14918.

Issue #21074 could be merged with this and closed.

The various suggestions are (from here, #21074, and #1393):

1. Have a copy icon next to the username.
2. Copy the username when you click on it.
3. Have a 'copy name' option appear when you hover over someone's username.

I would be glad to implement this feature and make a Pull Request, but waiting since I am new here.

I favor having a copy icon, since it makes it clear that it would copy the username and would also be more accessible, but I am open to implementing 1 or 2. If we are going with option 3, it would have to be combined with #14918 and 4d99642. I am also not sure how easy it would be to use option 3 on mobile browsers.

It's important for this feature to be accessible from the toot page itself, as well as from a user profile. Currently, you can't even copy/paste the username and instance line, but instead get a moveable image.
