The purpose of theses changes is to use the browser's font size as the default font size of EW.

The font sizes of EW are using the font sizes of compound and are using the rem unit.
They are scaling following the value of the document.element.fontSize.
The design tokens --cpd-font-size-root scales with the browser's font size preference

We are replacing the font size slider and the custom input by a dropdown to select the desired font size. The browser font size is suffixed with (default) in the dropdown.

In terms of implementation, we are not storing anymore in the user settings the font size but the delta between the browser font size and the user font size (e.g. The browser font size is 14px, the user has selected 18px, the delta will be 4). I'm not a big fan of the naming delta, I'm opened to a more explicit name (a fine increment in a variable)

We are also migrating the previous settings to the new format and we are doing computation to keep the same font size to avoid a visual difference when this PR will land.
