Remove polyfill.io script

Hi,

polyfill.io has been compromised and is known to spread malware. The new owner seems to have deliberately spread malware so it can be assumed that the problem is not temporary and therefore all polyfill.io references should be removed.

It looks like the domain itself cannot be resolved any longer which means there no longer is any acute danger for ha-fusion users.
