remove possibility to edit a flows in the landscape page
organize import button should be removed,
keep edit button in front of each flow and keep possibility to edit steps (description, orders, etc) in flow detail page
in landscape detail page, should we keep flows detail (like excel lines) or only a flows listing with possibility to collapse/expand?

Currently, you can modify functional flow

via new plantuml editor
via excel export/import

Adding a "drag and drop" feature in TAB3 of editable view is over-engineering and could be confusing in term of UX
