Changes:

Implemented a different method of opening URLs from the app. If CustomRP ever crashed for you trying to open any link, this release should fix it.
Updated Czech (new translator, Jan), Danish, Norwegian (new translator, Codiaz), Swedish (new translator, Marcus), Turkish (new translator, vLaDeR).

EXE will install the program to %appdata%\CustomRP.
ZIP is a portable version of the program.
