Bug fixes and GPS integration.

Alpha release.

• Dock badge now shows linked reflector
• Interface remodeled to get rid of redundant data
• Current QSO time now updates as the QSO goes on
• Transmissions now show up in the heard list.
• Some QSOs that have GPS data will show up in the heard list
• Computer now speaks link actions (not sure if this will stay)
• Linking and unlinking should be more reliable
• Database is downloaded from ircDDB every half hour and repeater destinations loaded
