This PR adds data for various css @rules, based upon manual testing. They are as follows:

  • css.at-rules.page.bleed - false
  • css.at-rules.page.marks - false
  • css.at-rules.viewport.viewport-fit - false
  • css.at-rules.media.-webkit-animation - true <=15 (removed 36)
  • css.at-rules.media.color-index - false
  • css.at-rules.keyframes.ignore_important_declarations - true 45

As part of #7844, I've confirmed ignore_important_declarations should be Chrome 45 with https://software.hixie.ch/utilities/js/live-dom-viewer/?saved=10304
