Summary
The NSS docs have been migrated to the Firefox Source Tree Documentation site; this PR removes the NSS docs from MDN and redirects the former MDN pages to their counterparts on firefox-source-docs.mozilla.org.
Motivation
Network Security Services (NSS) is a library used in Firefox development and elsewhere. Since it's not a Web platform technology (i.e., web developers don't use it directly), it's no longer in-scope for MDN.

Special thanks to @beurdouche and @sylvestre for working to move this content to its new home. They did the hard part of relocating the documentation elsewhere.

This fixes #3264, the last remaining open issue citing NSS documentation.
