I thought we should have a single "project overview" doc that outlines where we are trying to go and how we are trying to get there.
I think this should replace https://github.com/mdn/data/wiki/CSS-property-short-descriptions, and when this is merged I will update that Wiki page to send people here.
I've also included at the end a list of "Work items". I hope we will be able to use this to write some user stories for the work. Maybe an epic listing them all, and a user story (or >1 story) for each one?
