OverProtocol relaunched the mainnet and testnet a few days ago (same chain ID but with a different genesis).
In contrast to the previous chain, the new chain now requires a minimum base fee of at least 100 gwei per block. Additionally, the gas fee policy related to calldata has been updated. As a result, the currently pre-signed transactions fail to execute due to insufficient gas limits.
To address this issue, Multicall3 has been deployed from a different address, and its verification has been successfully completed on Blockscout.
