Can't Access to Machine Peripherals Through Bounding Blocks of Machines with CC: Tweaked

Issue description

For example with digital miner, you no longer can't access to all peripherals from side ports. The bottom port lets you access to all peripherals with no issues.

Peripherals for side port (only energy peripherals):

Peripherals for rear port (only item peripherals etc);

Peripherals for bottom port (all peripherals are available, they just didn't fit on the screen):

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a digital miner, use CC: Tweaked to access to peripherals of the miner through ports.
2. See that side ports no longer let you access to all peripherals available.
