• bert_ner_dimension (BERT NER model) extracts width and height entities from various text formulation
• accept image dropped in Slack channel

Note:

• bert_ner_dimension model must to be train before stating the bot
• remplace /rasa/core/channels/slack.py by our slack.py (to accept images)
