First release of Tunax 🎉

• The forward model SingleColumnModel and the calibrator Fitter are available and stable. See the documentation for more information.
• This first version of Tunax only contain the implementation of the $k-\varepsilon$ vertical physics closure, but soon other closures will be implemented.
• Don't hesitate to use the GitHub issues ask questions, report bugs or resquests.
