this makes their usage on the REPL much more convenient. Also, this is guaranteed to work because diag layer containers exhibit a short name, i.e., they exhibit a unique name which is a valid python identifier. This internalizes the admin- and company data that can be specified for diag layer containers. This captures the revision history of a PDX file as well as who was involved in its creation.
