This release contains an important bug fixes.

Fix for a crash which occurs under certain circumstances when the software reorganizes into a longer chain
Fix for handling partial database flushes when undoing a block which causes the software to loop after a crash.
Fix for handling certain bad database states which cause an assert failure.
Small UI fixes.
