Display Parent Template CFTs when creating new CET with Parent Template selected

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating a new CET based on a Parent Template, the CFTs of the Parent Template are not displayed. This can lead to duplicate CFT codes between the new CET and the Parent Template.

Describe the solution you'd like
When selecting a Parent Template for a new CET, the Parent Template's CFTs should be displayed in the new CET's CFT field. These CFTs should be labelled as being part of the Parent Template.
