This bumps a few dependencies. The update of unicode-linebreak to 1.4 restores compatibility with Rust 1.56, which is the current minimum supported Rust version of textwrap. Makes #463 redundant.
Criterion version 0.4 does not build on Rust 1.56 due to a transitive dependency. We therefore remove the dependency when testing. This works since we don’t build the benchmarks on Rust 1.56, we only build and run tests.
