Little big mouse is a tool to allow correct mouse crossing from screen to screen when using multiple monitors whith various Dpi scaling.

to place screens.
Here, you might want to click on the ruler icon to show rulers for fine adjustment. Select a screen for reference and drag blue rulers accuratly. You may use mouse wheel to zoom screens in order to compensate distance.
to control Monitor physical size when not accurately found, border size may be control here too.
Allow overlaps : Screens might overlap (essentially to allow border overlap)
Allow discontinuity : Allows gaps between screens
Adjust Speed : Change mouse speed to get a consistent actual mouse speed with different dpi.
Adjust Pointer : Adjust pointer size when monitor changes
those two might be used only if Windows Dpi scaling turned off : every screen is 100%
Please note that for now those options will setback pointer ans speed to default system one.
Allow Corner crossing : When corners does not exactly match you can cross anyway.
