  1. depend on new imagemagick-sys crate 

    By default, the -sys crate will use a local install if it can find an
acceptable one. Otherwise it will build ImageMagick from source and
link it statically.

Alternatively, you can override the install location with
IMAGE_MAGICK_SYS env variables.
