Bug fixes (selection changes/map scale)

This release includes some minor bug fixes.

This release works with josm >= 8670 (so you might need to download josm-latest.jar from the web site).

Unpack the ZIP file to the .josm/plugins directory (it only contains one single jar file)

After installing, activate the plugin in the plugin preferences and press the "Use OpenGL" button.

Note: This plugin is incompatible with kendzi3d.
