Good start. I tend to talk about "shared services" and "workspace services" as two separate things. Where "workspace services" are a item within a workspace, and are within the isolated network.
When we start designing APIs this hierarchy will need to be represented, so might be worth mirroring that in this document. However happy with what you have as a start.
