  1. Update README with instructions for multi-gpu. 

    The current instructions leave room for interpretation which can be frustrating for researchers looking to quickly get summarisation working on multiple GPUs. Until MASS updates its `torch` and `fairseq `dependencies that solve the multiprocessing issue, these more detailed instructions can save some time for users.
