Description

• Fix <filesystem>: GetVolumePathNameW linker errors for UWP developers #322: <filesystem>: GetVolumePathNameW linker errors for UWP developers
• Improve clang-format with StatementMacros.
• Rewrap comments in <execution>.

  so we can determine whether the license is compatible and what else needs
  to be done.
