Add requiresMainQueueSetup to cure RN v0.52 warning
…integration for TestApp works. This is now part of the build script that creates the fat framework.
Limited to just the changes resulting from updating the React Native version. Further changes were needed in order to download all the dependencies necessary in order to actually build and run the app, in the following commit.
In order to update the React and yoga pods to work with the latest version of React Native, we have to update the versions of the App Center libraries and pods as well. Limits changes to the files and pod directories that were already under source control, without adding the React and yoga pods as tracked.
