Problem
Azure/azure-sdk-for-java#23287 added
samplelink for some artifacts. While thesamplelink has no corresponding label, which cause setnulllabel(which is actually not acceptable) toHyperLinkLabel.Solution
loop over (predefined known link names) instead of (provided links by meta data) when preparing links for artifacts
