Opened 2 terminates on a same machine and run the command
nnictl create --config ~/nni/examples/trials/mnist-annotation/config.ymlat same time
expect one of them is succeeded, another is failed, but actually encountered 2 cases
case 1
Both of the 2 commands show

Both of the 2 commands seem started successfully, the actually no running experiment (the webui can't be opened)
