Also seems like CI is struggling with the GPU images: write /blobs/sha256/[10](https://github.com/microsoft/planetary-computer-containers/actions/runs/8365295616/job/22902774719?pr=64#step:7:11)ef5afea69035e97d10c0171a7cd03f56e072b70728256c1c5c9c2b9692a48c: no space left on device. I've built & tagged them manually through ACR for now (see the new make commands).
