This pull request introduces new GitHub Actions workflows for code linting and testing, along with minor code formatting changes and additional test cases. The most important changes include the addition of Flake8 and Pytest workflows, formatting adjustments in
webapp/main.py, and new test cases inwebapp/test_main.py.
