For this I want to upgrade to mocha@6. We can still provide the old testrunner as mocha4TestRunner).

I want to fix microsoft/vscode#56211 too.

No longer relevant after microsoft/vscode-extension-samples#186. Everyone writes their own test runner following the new testing doc.

microsoft/vscode#56211 root cause is microsoft/vscode#74173.
