Show EOL change in comparison view

Issue Type: Feature Request

for now if the EOL change is the ONLY diff nothing is highlighted in the diff view
so if I changed a line of code at same time with the file EOL change I can't see or even realize the EOL change in the file diff view

PS: I'm using Git as SCM

VS Code version: Code - Insiders 1.24.0-insider (84d0237, 2018-05-09T05:16:35.827Z)
OS version: Windows_NT x64 10.0.17134
