mim OE Setup Shell Script

Description

mim OE is available in 2 versions:

1. mim-OE

   • Standard version and is recommended for use in non-AI applications and solutions.

2. mim-OE-ai

   • This version is AI-enabled and is recommended for use in AI applications and solutions

Follow the instructions below to install mim-OE or mim-OE-ai using shell script.

⚠️ Shell scripts can only be used on below operating systems ⚠️

1. Apple macOS
2. Linux(amd64 and arm64)

install mim-OE or mim-OE-ai using shell script.

1. Go to Releases
2. Under Latest click on:
   • "install-mim-OE.sh" if you want the standard version
   • "install-mim-OE-ai.sh" if you want the AI-enabled version
3. This will download the shell script onto your computer
4. Open the terminal window and navigate to where you saved the shell script
5. Give the shell script execution rights. Be sure to use the correct file name

   chmod a+x install-mim-OE.sh

6. Run the shell script

   ./install-mim-OE.sh

7. You should see mim OE start logs similar to those below

8. You now have mim OE runtime up and running on your machine

Download Shell script using cURL

• Note: You may need to install cURL before running the commands below

• Run the command below to download "install-mim-OE.sh"
