Show live progress on commit and push

When you run cominnek commit or cominnek push, you receive a loading progress message. However, when using something like Husky in your project, you want to be able to see the progress of the checks that are happening. Therefore, the idea is to remove the loading message and instead display the progress of the Git commit.
