P3 plugin is no longer working or supported and should be removed from your performance list.

Its Github repo doesn't seem to be active as well... https://github.com/godaddy/wp-p3-profiler . It's been over three years since it was last updated in wp.org repo.

But, it does seem to work for some people as of two weeks ago... https://wordpress.org/support/topic/is-this-plugin-still-secure/ .

Remove P3 Plugin

The plugin has been inactive for more than 3-4 years and not tested with last 3 WP Major releases.
Also the main reason for removal is because it is breaking many websites as you can read in review: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/p3-profiler/reviews/
