Better "home pages"

• Add some actual competitions to the home page, not just league logos
• Improve the competition list
  • Rename "Tournament" to "Competition" wherever it's written
    • Add url redirection as well?
  • Group the events by year (at least) to avoid the forever-scroll feeling
• Update the competition home page
  • Add entry info and target list links for upcoming events
  • Look more at "hosted by" (Move hosted by to competition #35)
  • Add venue info? (Add venue to competition #43)
  • Add result summaries for completed events
  • Add links to previous editions of the event
    • Allow Competition to override the name & short name of the event, so we can link (for example) NMAC and AGB 50+, the various WCA 720s, and COAS JIN(U) events without breaking their names
    • Allow external links as well - e.g. BUTTS league website, club websites, maybe even media after the event?
  • Add links to leagues and combined results where applicable

Ok by no means is everything we could do here done, but the overall feel is definitely more professional now. Main thing would be to improve the upcoming event information now, see #113
