Problem Statement 🦾

Physical therapy often battles disengagement, leading to poor adherence. Repetitive exercises, one-size-fits-all routines, and minimal feedback leave patients bored and frustrated.

Solution ⛹🏼‍♂️

G-One tackles this by offering a gamified app for both older adults and younger individuals. Engaging mechanics, personalized difficulty levels, and data-driven insights boost motivation and adherence, ultimately improving physical outcomes and reducing healthcare costs.
