Bug fix mle-search & nested configurations

• Log reloading helper for post-processing.

Fixed

• Bug fix in mle-search with imports of dependencies. Needed to append path.
• Bug fix with cleaning nested dictionaries. Have to make sure not to delete entire sub-dictionary.
