Update intrinsics table

Description of changes:

Updates the intrinsics table in the documentation to:

• Reflect the current status for intrinsics support as listed in Restore and audit remaining intrinsics #1163
• Downgrade sinf32, sinf64, cosf32 and cosf64 to Partial support, and add a note for them as suggested by @ssoudan in Sinf/Cosf not being correctly evaluated #1342

Also rewords the comments in the linked tests so it's clearer.
