This adds a simple BSP for the Mega 2560 PRO board, which is one of the largest AVRs I could find, which fits almost all unittests on.
This also fixes an issue with libstdc++ regarding linking the right math functions in libm.a on AVR, see modm-io/avr-libstdcpp#1.
