Being able to delete users from the list in apps/central/#/admin/users

Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to delete users from the list in apps/central/#/admin/users
Is it this story: disable/enable

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Via backend from the MOLGENIS.users_metadata list (which doesn't seem to work properly)
  • Accept the fact that my user list gets polluted.

Additional context
Might be difficult if their are foreign keys to the user table. If that is the case we should opt to 'disable'.
