Combine the request for finding if stream is playable with the request for the actual stream URI. This should help with mopidy#99.
also updated the link for the search
Activity is either a track OR a playlist.
Also logs the user's username on log in.
Change logging levels
The fake testing user no longer works. Created a new account and used that but removed the auth header.
Adjusted logging.
And fix flake8, of course.

This branch incorporates some of the open PRs (namely #98, #84, #49 and part of #63) with some alterations. I've also reduced the calls to the SC stream URL endpoint which should hopefully improve the rate-limiting issue and a bunch of other little fixes/improvements.
Some of this could have been broken up into small more review-able PRs but due to the lack of activity here I'm intending to just merge this and get things working better. Although anyone is welcome to review if they want but they'll have to be quick...
