What does this PR do?

  • Upgrade CodeQL Action to version 2 since the version 1 will be going to deprecated in Dec 2022. Reference link.
  • Update the cron job schedule to run at the start of the week to have more time to fix the security issues if any rather than running late in the week.

  • Version Upgrade
