Change travis CI, into two jobs. One to compile and verify the generated sources and another to compile with the generated sources already in the repository.

This pull request adds the pre-generated sources in the repository. It includes two Travis CI jobs. The first to generate the pre-generated sources and to compare them with the existing sources in the repository. The second, running only if the first job succeed, builds Mozart2 for Linux with the pre-generated sources.
