I don't see a data sensitivity assessment anywhere for this data. However, I'm assuming you're the domain expert on this data and from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1922986#c0 that the sanitization step described there is what enables the workgroup:mozilla-confidential classification.
