Localize / translate all strings

Some parts of the UI in Chrome (extension and non-extension) are not translated.

it would be nice to translate the strings. Here are two examples, there are probably more instances if you search for it:

• Improve support for viewing PDFs from file://-URLs in the Chrome extension #6233 (see discussion as well).

The first one is fixed by #7697.

@timvandermeij Given that the first point in #6333 (comment) is fixed, and that it's questionable if the second point should be addressed (since it would require the Firefox l10n teams to deal with a Chrome-specific string); should this issue simply be closed as FIXED now?
