This repository contains a series of tools for use with the DFdiscover Clinical Trials data management system.

The tools include:

• annotateCRF - A tool for generating annotated CRFs
• closeoutPDF - a tool for generating study closeout PDFs
• datachanges - a report showing all fields a specific user was last to change
• dataquality - a data quality report
• EClist - a tool for creating an Excel spreadsheet listing which fields have edit checks applied to them
• smartexport - a tool for exporting data to SAS format by both plate and module data. Understands DFnet module properties as "virtual variables"
• missingvalues - a report showing location of all missing values in a study
• QC2Excel - a tool for converting the QC database to Excel format
• schema2excel - a tool for converting the schema to Excel format
• schemadiff - a tool for comparing two setup files and reporting on differences
• sigtrack - A tool for tracking changes made to CRFs after an electronic signature has been applied.
• recruitment - a recruitment report
