IPTS - Intelligent Participant Tracking System

IPTS (Intelligent Participant Tracking System) uses facial recognition to accurately monitor and track individuals in real-time for enhanced security and efficient participant management.

Installation

Follow these steps to install and set up the project:

  1. Clone the repository:

    git clone https://github.com/mrinshad/IPTS-Intelligent-particpantion-tracking-system.git
    
  2. Navigate to the project directory:

    cd project_directory
    
  3. Create a virtual environment (optional but recommended):

    python -m venv env
    

3.Activate the virtual environment (skip this step if not using a virtual environment):

For Windows:

.\env\Scripts\activate

For macOS and Linux:

 source env/bin/activate

4.Install the required packages:

pip install -r requirements.py

This command will install all the necessary packages and their dependencies.

Note: If you encounter any issues during installation, please refer to the troubleshooting section or consult the official documentation for each package.

  1. Run the project:

    python main.py
    
  2. Access the project in your web browser: Open your preferred web browser and visit http://localhost:5000 or the appropriate URL or port specified in your project.
