Added notification timeout / duration support, if not specified, the chosen backend uses it's default value

…meouts may not work correctly, there is a noticeable difference between a few millis and a few seconds. May be an OS restriction)

I realized that the command options don't actually work, fixing this then reopening

Edit: I committed my current working branch to my fork. How the heck is the timeout None if it never even gets set to it. Maybe someone else finds the problem
