Some issues that need discussion:

• There is a PR for a new cargo generate package : cargo-generate: New package #16079
  Do we want to maintain such packages knowing that they are provided by the rust ecosystem ?

• There is a package request for rustup: Add rustup #16145
  Is that even possible ?

• aarch64 is not part of CI and causes rollbacks once in a while
  Not an easy one I understand...

• To bootstrap or not to bootstrap
