@lazka Should source shell ucrt64 command be added instead of MSYSTEM=UCRT64 bash --login ? The later suggestion was added in 97544b5

I'm somewhat ambivalent about "shell", since it does three unrelated things in one command. But we could certainly clean it up and promote it for switching envs at least.

As for this PR, I don't understand what it is trying to do, the PATH changes are explained at the top of the page already, this seems a bit too much information.
